An Insider's view of veda

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

People do a good job here controlling their own hours, and doing the work they need to get done when they want to do it. I never feel guilty about closing my laptop at 5 PM when I want to, and because of that I don't feel bad sticking a little late when I need to get something knocked out!

Thomas

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

The customer success team works at the intersection of the client’s needs and our Veda automation application. My team ensures the application is working properly and outputting values correctly and in the client’s desired format. Our work can be likened to solving a puzzle. If a piece is missing, it is our responsibility to correct it.
