Please review the following job description:

Responsible for providing project oversight services to the Transitions Team projects within the Treasury and Wholesale Portfolio. Ensures successful project organization, governance and delivery of quality solutions.

Responsible for the coordination and completion of all aspects of project management on assigned projects, including, but not limited to, project scope, project schedule, project plans, facilitating meetings, documenting requirements, and status reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders, development of support model for internal and external partners.

Responsible for identifying and resolving project issues and risks to ensure the project progresses on schedule and on budget. The Project Manager is the point of communication with stakeholders and is accountable for the project's success. Must have excellent communication and documentation skills in acting as the liaison between the project team(s), business and product owners, customers, key stakeholders and senior leadership.

This role has the ultimate responsibility for the project delivery portion of projects and programs. The Transitions Project Manager may partner with the Program Manager or Technology Project Manager to coordinate overall project cross-related tasks or escalate as needed.
• No direct reports for this position• Responsible to coordinate as needed with Transitions team, product teams, external customers, Technology, Sales, Line of Business managers, TOPS, Client Services and Readiness teams.

Projects could be medium to complex level projects (varies from project to project).

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • 5+ years direct project management experience overseeing medium to large scale projects consisting of multiple workstreams through potentially geographically dispersed/remote teams
  • Experience in both waterfall and agile project management disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project dependent resources
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • High proficiency in MS Project and MS Visio software


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP)
  • Master's degree in Business or IT related fields
  • Agile/Scrum Master experience and/or certification
  • Experience in Treasury Solutions or cash management environment
