OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Total Rewards Program Manager to project manage key Total Rewards programs and technical content development. In this role, you will use your knowledge of the benefits and compensation space to design and execute on aspects of the Total Rewards team’s communications strategy, with a key focus on change management, diversity, inclusion and belonging. You’ll also project manage programs like open enrollment, developing a total rewards portal for employees, and other projects spanning across the benefits and compensation space.
The Total Rewards Program Manager will report into the Sr. Manager of Benefits and is part of the Total Rewards Team.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Project manage key programs and communications for the Total Rewards team such as open enrollment, compensation cycles, benefits app, and other similar projects.
- Partner with vendors, internal stakeholders and our internal communications team to ensure that our total rewards offerings tell a cohesive and consistent story.
- Draw upon your collective experience with compensation and benefits to inform best practices.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and leadership to develop employee communications supporting change management as we evolve our total rewards and remote-friendly working model.
- Partner with Internal Communications to promote company benefits, compensation and equity across various internal channels including email, Slack, newsletters, and our internal wiki
- Develop and maintain candidate compensation and benefit program assets for recruiting team
- Manage the content development of monthly benefits newsletter
- Partner with Employee Resource Groups to promote benefits that are most relevant and of interest to each respective group
- Ownership and management of Total Rewards internal wiki pages and vendor microsites
ABOUT YOU
You have 4+ years of relevant experience in Total Rewards communications, MarComms or corporate communications:
- Strong writer, communicator and storyteller with excellent editing skills
- Ability to write and edit content quickly for internal audiences
- Emphasizes the importance of collaboration with immediate teams and with cross-functional partners
- Influences and build consensus with stakeholders
- Values diversity, inclusion and belonging and sees differences as strengths
- Passionate about Total Rewards and employee engagement
