The Opportunity:

The Total Rewards team is focused on attracting and retaining qualified candidates by making our employees feel appreciated for their hard work, engaged throughout their lifelong careers, and supported in their daily lives with the benefits, perks and rewards that matter most.

The Total Rewards Program Manager reports to the AVP of Total Rewards, but partners with teams across Human Capital to help develop our global total rewards strategy and brand while promoting engagement, creating trainings, communications and other content.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Develop a "Total Rewards Framework " and coordinate with appropriate groups to create branding, content and operational structure
  • Establish internal benchmarks through focus groups, surveys and other existing platforms
  • Be a partner in the development of analytics to confirm our programs are designed to attract and retain passionate team members
  • Build resources to promote our total rewards strategy to applicants, employees and leaders
  • Implement Total Rewards Statements to show employees the value of their rewards (total compensation, benefits, etc.)
  • Catalog total rewards and ensure consistent branding across all communication channels

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years related experience in a complex organization; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in HR or a related field preferred
  • Project management skills
  • Can handle confidential material and information with discretion
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
