Of course our sales organization includes our field reps (who sell our leading brands into retail accounts, bars and restaurants across the country) but that barely scratches the surface. Opportunities include roles in forecasting, trade marketing, business and wholesaler development, pricing and promotion analysis and key account management; it's the strategic side of how we sell our beer. Sales are the backbone of our company-we work hard to get our product in the hands of every one of our target consumersof legal drinking age of course.

  • Responsible for rolling out and training AB technology (M360, DIR, BEES, etc.) offsite
  • Tracks and Monitors technology solutions through to end users and ensure that the solutions are fully utilized after implementations, driving desired behaviors and results
  • Acts as the subject matter expert for AB technology platforms and their interaction with AB sales programs and processes
  • Provides feedback for the evolution of AB Wholesaler Route to Market as we transition from order-taking, to order-making
  • Provides Commercial Solutions and Tech Sales teams with requirements for future technology needs
  • Develops training content as required, particularly around how to best engage with new tech; run ongoing learning processes (e.g., webinars, BrewU Training, etc.)
  • Runs ad hoc projects to understand evolution of Route to Market based on interaction with new technology
  • Follows up with wholesalers to ensure that all Hypercare issues are resolved quickly
  • Occasional travel may be required once it's deemed safe to do so. Travel may be for technology rollouts, internal meetings and/or professional educational purposes.



Job Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree
  • Interest in technology and digital transformation
  • Advanced computer software proficiency (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, internet)
  • High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations
  • Effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills
  • Field or retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industries
  • Understanding of adult beverage wholesaler network/processes
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
