At SalesLoft, our Technology Program Director is pivotal to our company’s success.  You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Alliances team. This individual will work closely with other senior leaders across departments including Product, Marketing, Services, and Operations. You will be responsible for the growth of your alliances channel(s) that you manage and have a passion for developing new programs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a Technology Partner Program Manager with a bias towards action. This individual will be responsible for establishing and driving new technology partnerships that are a key to delivering Salesloft’s Modern Revenue Workspace™ to our mutual customers and prospects. Additionally, he/she/they will develop and execute strategies for increasing the adoption of certified integrations. The Technology Partner Program Manager works in close partnership with the Global Sales organization, Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate is someone who is high energy, technically savvy and has a polished, strategic sales acumen.

 THE TEAM:

Our SalesLoft’s Alliances team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming partnership professionals who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

THE SKILL SET:

  • 5+ years experience in SaaS, preferably in an ISV or Technology Partner Program position
  • Deep knowledge of the sales and marketing technology landscape
  • Relationship oriented with partners/customers and focused on their success
  • Experience working with complex API integrations (pain points, GTM models etc) a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a rapidly scaling, dynamic environment
  • Highly motivated, self-starter mentality with a proven ability to drive projects to closure
  • Experienced in task prioritization, workload and escalation management
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and tactful diplomacy
  • Collaborative mentality by prioritizing ‘we’ and not focusing on ‘me’
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals and MBOs
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to C-Level executives, business and technical audiences
  • B.S. Degree , MS or MBA is a plus

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend SalesLoft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our SalesLoft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique 
  • Begin 1:1’s with your team and manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the SalesLoft Alliance team, and delve into your role 
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Have a deep understanding of our internal landscape and able to collaborate cross-functionally to provide a great experience for our partners
  • Demonstrate your ability to educate partners on Sales engagement and SalesLoft best practices
  • Join our 3-week Sales Bootcamp, where you will learn our software and all the skills necessary to set you up for success, allowing you to make an impact in the market quickly
  • Meet key partners in Product, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Executives etc. - they will be key relationships for you 
  • Become demo certified

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Evaluate current state programs and improve processes as needed
  • Achieve cross-functional buy-in from Product teams on technology partner priorities
  • Form proactive go-to-market activities with key partners to drive revenue growth
  • Be a product expert and feel comfortable demoing and discussing API integrations with our platform

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Assess & evaluate vision, programs, teams and processes to drive continuous improvement
  • Seen as a well-versed trusted leader across the organization & ecosystem  
  • Hit your assigned program metrics  
  • Continue to focus on OKRs

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Be considered a top-performing leader by consistently achieving objective, metrics & team goals
  • Be part of a successful team that sees consistent month-over-month success
