Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager for Radio Test Development projects who will be responsible for the development of software and hardware projects.

The Project Manager will be an individual with outstanding communication and leadership abilities to work in liaison with supply chain, product design, and operations to deliver solutions that meet the highest requirements of Ericsson product development and implementation needs.

You will

• Drive Software and Hardware test solutions for Ericsson's new radio products
• Enforce ways of working during design/team meetings (external and internal)
• Lead all aspects of the development and operation backlog and technical Agile team through priority setting and management
• Manage project risks and mitigation actions
• Raise/track/remove impediments that block progress for the teams
• Collaborate with key partners in Ericsson Supply, Design, and Manufacturing sites in an Agile way to quickly define, build, iterate and deliver customer-facing solutions

To be successful in the role you must have

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or another technical related field
• Test Development or Software Development experience
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different challenges
• Result oriented and business-minded attitude with a genuine interest in improving business performance
• Minimum of 2-10 years of experience leading information technology projects
• 2+ years delivering large scale IT solutions using Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

You might also have:

• PMP, Scrum or other project management certification
• Experience working within a global organization
• Knowledge or experience working in Industry 4.0 or Smart Manufacturing
