Technical Project Manager - SAP

This is what you’ll do:
- Ensure compliance to key regulatory, security and organizational policies and procedures
- Engage, collaborate, and communicate effectively with variety of stakeholders to deliver the business value
- Define and establish right size processes to enable productive use of resources
- Design and deliver high quality, low cost solutions to meet business needs
- Build collaborative and positive relationships with Business and IT teams to understand and align with the Business priorities.
- Responsible for setting up and leading an effective governance and project management office to manage solution, deliverables, schedules and resources.
- Be a hands-on and deep dive into potential concern areas, develop and communicate corrective action, mitigation and drive to resolution.
- Collaborate with internal IT team members and cross functional teams
- Develop project plans and drive teams to complete projects on time and with quality
- Ability to develop IT Roadmaps for various functional areas and develop the big picture for upper management.
- Have the overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.

- Technical Acumen – Pursues continuous learning and application of technologies to achieve desired business, architectural, and productivity outcomes
- At least 15 years of end to end SAP IT Implementation Lifecycle experience
- At least 10 years of SAP IT Project Management experience
- Requires experience with Agile Methodologies and Tools
- Working knowledge of PMI project management methodologies
- Experience in Automotive Industry is added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
