Meraki is looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to join our Business Systems Team! This team serves as a horizontal function that spans within Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations. They enable process improvisation and automation to improve efficiency, simplify business processes and improve the efficiency of Meraki as a whole.

Who you are
- Experienced in leading multi-functional teams who deliver complex projects iteratively with multiple dependencies and constraints, in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
- Strategic and tactical both describe your operating style. It is important to you to successfully deliver key programs that have a material impact on the business.
- Experience in salesforce implementations with Lead to Cash business process
- You can effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to all organizational levels.
- Champion and experience in Agile methodology including having been in a product owner role.
What you’ll do
- Drive cross-functional initiatives, using strong leadership, planning, communication, and collaboration skills.
- You'll tackle technical problems by setting clear goals and encouraging teams to deliver.
- Present business & technology options, backed by data & experimentation, to decision-makers.
- Build roadmaps, release plans, project plans with a detailed understanding of dependency management.
Bonus points for any of the below
- Experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and implementation of subscription-based offers on CPQ systems and understand the concepts of dynamic pricing models.
- Experience with Jira or other issue/project tracking tools.
