The Role:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects through the full life cycle including planning, prioritizing, scoping, requirement gathering, resourcing, development, testing, and deployment. You will work with business stakeholders to understand the business drivers of various projects and build requirements for technology delivery supporting our National Inside Sales team. Projects will span across various engineering teams requiring collaboration with various project/program/product managers to drive projects forward.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with various business stakeholders to understand and contribute to the vision and roadmap of an assigned project with a constant eye on value delivery
  • Own and manage partner relationships for specific engagements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams comprised of business stakeholders, project/program/product managers, business analysts, data engineers, and quality assurance to ensure delivery against a roadmap
  • Build and maintain relationships across organizations, with teams, and individuals
  • Identify risks, issues, and problems and escalate as appropriate, proposing mitigation plans to overcome obstacles

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Show deep commitment to and empathy for the customer - design-thinking skills is considered a plus



Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting a revenue channel
  • Experience using Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or other project management software
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile development methodologies
  • Microsoft Office Suite

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
