ABOUT THE TEAM

 

Technology is at the core of what we do. Basis Technologies' Technology Program Management Office (TPMO) supports the ideation, development, and go-to-market strategy for new features and integrations for Basis, our industry-leading, comprehensive software solution. Our platform processes over 300 billion events per day and uses AI and machine learning to automate and simplify the entire digital campaign process. WAYS YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Managing projects from inception to delivery that deliver functionality in support of Basis digital products and company intelligence
  • Breaking down large and challenging goals into organized project plans, actionable tasks, gets buy-in, and ensures follow-through
  • Skilled at process improvement and process creation in support of the SDLC
  • Operating and making decisions in an uncertain environment with limited information
  • Minimizing complexity in an international program that spans multiple time zones
  • Developing high-level understanding of our data infrastructure and operations while building credibility to become a team coach and bridge gaps between the Data and Intelligence Program, internal tech teams, and key stakeholders outside of technology
  • Building consensus among stakeholders
  • Challenging assumptions, especially when something is identified as “can’t be done” and suggests better approaches
  • Protecting cross-functional teams to ensure that team members can remain focused on Initiative Discovery and Delivery, e.g. maintaining priority of tasks, and applying just enough management controls to deliver value
  • Keeping all stakeholders apprised of progress and risk. Radiates information to keep the team and the Basis organization aware of how the project is progressing

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 5-10 years of experience as a project manager of consumer facing or internal digital products and software using Agile, Scrum or Kanban practices and methodologies
  • Experience in Jira, Confluence, Excel, SharePoint, Aha and other Project Management related software tools
  • Be a strong team player who collaborates to build and adhere to a delivery schedule
  • Superior project management skills including: communications management, risk mitigation and issue management
  • Think strategically and create solutions to complex problems
  • Create, maintain, and own project artifacts and facilitate project ceremonies
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with all project stakeholders as well as Sr. Management

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with Data or Software Engineering
  • PMP and/or Agile, Scrum Practitioner certification
  • Experience with entire development cycle of software projects
  • Excited by a fast-paced internal development environment
  • Passion for Ad-Tech
