Technical Project Manager – Analytics

The BI, IT team in Rivian is looking for a Technical Project Manager – Analytics to facilitate the generation of insights from data by managing analytics projects, track milestones, work with engineering manager for resource allocation and successful on-time delivery
Responsibilities
- Communicate timeline and status across individuals and broader teams.
- Manage the sprint cycles and scrum calls.
- Facilitate the delivery of new product solutions via creation of release documentation, workshops, and providing support during launches
- Manage expectations from the partners/stakeholders on deliverables
- Foster close collaboration with multiple partners in Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Service, Retail, Charging, etc. teams to coordinate on projects and identify, understand, and mitigate risks
- Maintain documentation throughout project lifecycle and prepare reportsfor management.
Qualifications
- Self-Driven with excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills. Good at organizational and time management.
- 5+ years technical project management experience in a large corporation
- In-depth knowledge & extensive experience working with Scrum and agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence
- A high-level understanding of the key components of our tech stack in AWS
- Experience of SQL and Tableau or similar experience with other tools is a big plus.
