Technical Project Management - Advisor II
What does a great Manager Technical Project Management II do?
• Build and maintain a trusted relationship with LATAM & Corporate Applications functional leadership ensuring collaboration and transparency, being responsible for the IT portfolio management and projects oversight.
• Develop and maintain a relationship with the technology groups aligned with the LATAM & Corporate Applications functional leadership.
• Coordinate activities with the PM organization to ensure the quality of the data being tracked in the corporate tool and therefore track/monitor the KPIs on the quality, budget expenses and on time delivery of the projects. Projects may impact multiple business units or functional areas.
• Guarantee the finance of the portfolio is healthy and under control by coordinating meetings/reviews with the IT Groups.
• Interaction with Senior Management is one of the responsibilities to provide status on the portfolio.
• Provide a weekly status on progress of the portfolio.
• Prepare and conduct informal and formal presentations.
• Display strong understanding of the organization's business strategies
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Portfolio Management work experience preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a portfolio management and/or IT consulting role.
• Ability to build relationships with and influence other functional areas.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a matrix environment
• Experience managing cross-functional projects
• Detail and big picture orientation
• Operates independently with minimal guidance by management
• Knowledge of the project lifecycle (e.g., discovery, development, testing, implementation, etc.)
• Experience working in the Information Technology, Financial industry is a plus.
• English & Spanish are mandatory and Portugueseis a plus

Travel required: Yes, around 15% Percentage/frequency of travel
