Technical Project Coordinator - (Remote)

The Technical Project Coordinator will work closely with our Delivery Managers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks such as schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties such as maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. Ultimately, the Technical Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time while meeting high quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate delivery status updates and report to stakeholders and Technical Project Managers
- Work with cross-functional teams and quickly adapt to emergent requirements and changing priorities with stakeholders
- Work alongside Technical Project Managers and engineering teams to ensure timely and organized project delivery
- Identify and report potential project blockers while collaborating with others to propose effective solutions
- Coordinate CapEx and OpEx updates
- Create project management templates
- Write effective user stories in Jira
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s in a technical field preferred and/or relevant technical experience
- Minimum of two years IT project coordination and/or IT business analyst experience
- Prior EdTech or SaaS experience preferred
- Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Jira
- Prior exposure to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Excellent experience with Google Suite of products (e.g. Sheets, Docs, Slides) for documentation
- Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving ability
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
