Technical Program Manager
Who You Are
What we're looking for is an experienced engineering leader that has a proven track record of delivering complex projects and technical programs end to end. You will not directly manage people or teams but you will work across teams to develop technical requirements, clarity, and system success. You translate the product “what?” into the program “how?” You are an excellent planner, cross functional communicator, and strategic thinker.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the technical success of one or more long-term programs
- Project-manage larger strategic initiatives at Sensor Tower
- Identify technical opportunities outside of the product roadmap
- Conduct technical due diligence and research
- Generate technical specifications
- Establish timelines, track and communicate progress of programs
Experience We Want To See
- A strong background in software development fundamentals
- In-depth experience of modern SaaS ecosystem including infrastructure
- Fantastic planning and follow through
- Several years of experience in delivering software products to customers, ideally in a B2B SaaS setting.

- Mobile app ecosystem experience
- Security and compliance experience
- Software architecture experience
- Ruby on Rails experience
