Job Description Duties and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to the following:
This role plays a variety of functions across Programs and Products, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding product program outcomes.
The successful Program manager develops key business relationships, cross-functional coordination, creates, influences, and executes key components of the Programs' strategy.
Work closely with software engineers, product managers and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test, and release on time).
Have a good technology background with hands-on experience on DevOps application technologies.
Define purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, and measures of success.
Support several technical programs for the initiative, setting priorities for products and engineering, support cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics, and aligning future efforts, and quickly fine-tuning the program as needed.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Required Abilities/Qualifications:
Several years of technology product/program management experience in a related industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
Experience identifying business opportunities, building a product strategy, and influencing deliver against a multi-year roadmap.
Experience in managing complex deliverables in a matrixed organization
Understands core technologies utilized in the software development domain, understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices and has knowledge of pros and cons of technical alternatives
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders, cloud computing engineering, communication/marketing teams or related technical fields.
Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders, ability to deal with different stakeholder groups, and management.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, self-starter, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and problem solving in a fast-paced and constantly changing environments
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite required, familiarity with Jira Align a plus.

About the Team The Chief Technology Office oversees enabling components inclusive of the top quality engineering and architecture tools and practices, key program management and processes as well as the technology workforce strategy required to make us a leading technology company for our customers, clients and colleagues around the world.
