The work our team does allows Developer Relations products to be accessible around the world. Working closely with development teams, our engineering system supports up to 14 builds and over 300 branches to bring the best developer experiences regardless of location or language. We are looking for someone with that same drive, energy, and passion to help build out our engineering system and process to continue improving our platform for all Developers.
As a Senior PM, you will be driving end-to-end initiatives, from setting the vision and roadmap to delivery and user adoption. The role requires strong technical acuity and PM skills, as well as close collaboration with the engineering team for feature development and delivery. You will collaborate and influence a broad set of International stakeholders across the company and will play a key role in ensuring customer success.

  • Design end-to-end process and workflow to drive efficiency & consolidation in our workflow & tools.
  • Own the delivery of features in our localization and community platforms.
  • Lead and represent the service in backlog discussions & standups to establish appropriate prioritization of engineering requirements.
  • Establish and leverage telemetry to prioritize Engineering work and impact business results.
  • Deliver solutions to our engineering team that allow us to scale the service and bring us closer to spontaneous translation of our services.
  • Collaborate across teams, levels of management and development teams to onboard new projects into the localization workflows. Ensure that blockers to the localization flow are removed.
  • Deliver end-to-end service performance and operational health to identify and address failing points throughout the system.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience designing and implementing process & workflow automation.
• 5+ years experience writing functional specifications for product development.
• 5+ years experience in a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager or Project Manager role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or 5+ years equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years - Solid understanding of Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology.
• PMP or Agile PM certification.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and writing clear technical specifications.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and passion to solve hard problems as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and in writing.
• Familiarity in many of the following: - REST - JSON - XML - MySQL/SQL Server/SQL Azure/NOSQL - C#/Java - Powershell/Bash- Windows Server/Azure/AWS.
