About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager in the Business Applications team, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and implementing systems-based projects and implementation of scalable Salesforce platform-related technical solutions. These solutions will have a significant impact on Uber's results in areas of user growth, safety, and global expansion. A TPM will solve extremely challenging technical problems for Uber for Business, Law Enforcement Response Team and others.

What the Candidate Will Do:

• Define, prioritize, plan and implement sophisticated and impactful systems-based projects
• Drive progress and solve sophisticated issues through Salesforce standard methodologies
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver the most effective program
• Understand, communicate, and effectively balance priorities for projects and programs
• Build a structured approach to decompose a problem, seek out facts and data, and use those to structure stakeholder discussion and program proposals
• Apply Salesforce knowledge to identify deficiencies across projects, propose end-to-end solutions and guide critical thinking
• Ensure the team is capturing customer/stakeholder issues, triaging them optimally and incorporating requests into roadmaps.
• Consolidate, prioritize and streamline requirements and multi-functional roadmaps
• Effectively communicate and present complex topics to multi-functional audiences
• Own documentation that effectively solicits inputs and buy-in from key project partners and is reusable and scalable
• Seek out standard methodologies from other teams and drives implementation in order to scale own team

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of Salesforce technical program management experience
• Master of project management, including scheduling, resource planning, risk management, stakeholder management, quality management and release management
• Excellent in process improvement, user impact, user stories and root cause analysis
• Stellar in systems implementation methodologies including waterfall and agile
• Seasoned with roadmap conceptualization, design, consensus building and execution
• Experienced with authoring and reviewing systems and technical documentation
• Worked with data analysis, dashboarding and data flow analysis between systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ Years of Salesforce in Technical Program Management
• Expert building solutions that span emergency and/or law enforcement services
