Technical Program Manager (Remote)

As a Technical Program Manager at Meraki, you will have a substantial impact on the safety of millions of users all around the world. The right person for this role will be excited to learn about security and have a breadth of experience in related technical roles. You will partner with the Security Leadership team to deliver on strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with Security leaders and teams across the organization to drive large cross-functional Security & Compliance initiatives.
- Create and socialize program plans and schedules.
- Identify and surface risks and blockers while proactively working across teams to resolve.
- Apply domain knowledge and past experience to surface interdependencies that help shape the full picture.
- Identify the most effective program management methodology in given situations and apply them to drive results.
You are an ideal candidate if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in a program management role
- Proven track record of driving large scale programs within a fast growing organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong ability to influence and inspire others to tackle large problems as a team.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in previous technical security engineering & compliance roles
