Come join the People & Places team, supporting Intuit's Big Bet "Connecting People to Expert" business as a Program Manager in Talent Acquisition (TA). In this role, you will have three primary responsibilities:
- Act as a Program/Project Manager owning the end-to-end launch of recruiting partnerships for new businesses in the CP2E division. This includes: driving accountability across multiple teams; establishing proactive steps to complete work in designated time frames; managing multiple concurrent work streams; helping to problem-solve unexpected issues; partner directly with recruiters, managers, business partners, and other key leaders. The goal of this work is to deliver successful launches of new expert/live programs to support Intuit's thriving and growing Expert Community.
- Work directly alongside the Senior CP2E Talent Acquisition Team to coordinate and manage strategic projects and priorities. This includes: tracking priorities & strategic initiatives, managing partnerships with business unit partner projects (Marketing Events, Expert Growth Channels), and representing CP2E TA Leadership to special project teams throughout the centralized PMO, P&P PMO, and Business Unit PMO.
- Own the CP2E Sr TA Leadership Team Digest of key updates, changes, and go-dos. Build and archive the daily and weekly reports and slide deck share-outs of recruiting updates to internal partners and customers.

- Experience in program management across multiple business/functional units and/or multiple programs
- Develops strong relationships with the business/functional units to understand their goals, mission and business drivers and provides continuity with those groups
- Ensures programs define their customer benefit(s) and align with their business objectives
- Makes appropriate trade-offs between the best solution for the business and the best solution for Intuit
- Develop relationships and lead across teams; working toward common goals and objectives
How you will lead
- Thought partner on development and delivery of multiple programs and initiatives. Own multiple projects, and represent the team to projects that need our input.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic goals; manage dependencies and use creative problem solving to remove obstacles
- Define and drive program and team operating mechanisms
- Responsible for program documentation including but not limited to; roadmaps, playbooks, presentations, dashboards, meeting notes, team wikis
- Drive implementation of new business processes
