The Red Hat Website System team is looking for a Systems Experiences Program Manager to join us in Raleigh, NC, or remotely in the U.S. In this role, you will manage digital experiences across many Red Hat-branded websites. We are looking for an exceptional leader and user-centric digital marketing professional to develop this role with our team. The Website System team leads the Website System strategy for corporate websites, product management for shared web services, connecting marketing and product experiences, and analysis and insights to inform both.
As a Systems Experiences Program Manager, you'll integrate web system strategy with Red Hat's business objectives to create and optimize digital experiences across our web system of corporate domains. With a large, cross-organizational virtual team, we are building one integrated digital system as a modern platform to implement intelligent life cycle marketing and seamlessly connect to the product portfolio experience. You will support teams delivering differentiated and competitive digital experiences. Specifically, you'll set and communicate the plan and expectations, align with several teams, remove blockers, bring in data, help keep our team of teams productive and healthy. You will be co-creating experiences and collaborating with functional teams and internal stakeholders to achieve Red Hat's corporate objectives. What you will do

  • Support the development of long-term web strategy programs, improving the web experience for Red Hat customers, and optimizing their fulfillment across channels
  • Consult with the functional leads and website leaders, content stakeholders, and data analysts to identify opportunities to improve web experiences that address business goals
  • Craft and implement tailored programs that provide continued value to the customer, ensure renewals, and increase long-term growth for customers
  • Lead and manage sophisticated cross-functional teams towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision making and customer value delivery based on program goals
  • Collaborate closely with multiple internal stakeholders across virtual teams, ensuring alignment and shared goals are communicated and implemented
  • Build communications and change management plans for internal stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of objectives and adoption of web standards and strategy


What you will bring

  • 3+ years of digital marketing, program management, or product management experience
  • Experience with design and development of websites and an understanding of web technologies
  • Proven record of project managing large programs and scaling those large programs with ease and organization
  • Excellent understanding of best practices in usability, information architecture, and content strategy; web design and development for B2B corporate websites
  • Passion for operational excellence and high regard for exceptional user experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, demanding, and changing environment and contribute a positive attitude and approach to projects
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, establish priorities, and communicate expectations to stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership and meeting facilitation skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English and the ability to collaborate with the UTC-4 time zone throughout the week
  • Motivated, curious, and enthusiastic, with ability to work as part of a team and motivated to take initiative and think creatively
  • Ability to establish respectful and constructive relationships with team members worldwide
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and e-commerce platforms a plus
