Shelf Engine is searching for a talented Strategic Program Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with multiple teams across functions to help support growth. The goal is to help Shelf Engine manage and execute on strategic projects impacting the entire organization from Operations, to Finance, to HR. 

This position is based in Seattle, WA or remote. 

As a Strategic Program Manager at Shelf Engine, you will: 

• Partner with leadership to set the strategic vision for the Operations team, inclusive of Field team route planning, organizational design, and scaling the team to meet the demands of the business
• Lead vendor selection efforts from exploration to implementation
• Participate in and lead cross functional ad hoc projects, utilizing analytical abilities (e.g potential projects might include compensation band roll-out, systems implementations for Finance and HR, headcount planning, OKR tracking etc...)
• Act as a thought-leader and advisor, driving efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of initiatives across the organization

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• 3-5+ years of experience in project or program management or similar
• Experience working with employees at all levels of an organization from entry level to C-suite
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and tech-savvy
• You always strive for getting it done well and getting it done efficiently
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer
