What you get to do in this role:
- Carry out all non-technical accessibility-related work to enable the core functional team to move efficiently
- Work with team to understand the scope of work and recommend process improvements
- Help drive data collection and reporting
- Initiating and maintaining purchase orders with vendors and/or 3rd parties
- Maintain budget and department headcount
- 5+ years of project management or operational management
- Ability to work independently with little guidance
- Proven problem solver and ability to be flexible
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to assess and point out inefficiencies and provide actionable suggestions for improvement
- Understanding of software accessibility practices and WCAG/Section 508 is a plus but not mandatory

A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home.
