We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager who is excited about creating innovative solutions to make life effortless for our customers! Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison and partner between Engineering Operations and product teams, providing subject matter expertise on their business processes and related systems capabilities.
- Supports the evaluation, recommendation, business readiness, and implementation of best practice software technology solutions.
- Build and maintain an Engineering roadmap.
- Collaborate with key leaders and team members to develop an integrated project plan
- Own engineering operations and are accountable to executive sponsors for schedule, budget, and quality of ongoing Managed Services program and the many related projects.
- Supports assessing risks relative to the readiness of the business to adopt the solution
- Actively monitor projects and take appropriate actions/steps as needed to ensure a successful execution is complete.
- Manage program and project risks/issues and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies and actions.
- Ientify and execute appropriate communication methods to meet stakeholder and senior leadership needs on the accuracy of project status.
- Create and maintain project documentation to identify, evaluate, scope, plan, monitor, and follow up on active projects.
- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
- Collaborative attitude and a combination of strong technical knowledge and people skills.
- Drive grooming, sprint work assignment, to build delivery for the project(s).
- Run team and cross-team meetings, internal and international for problem resolution and status.
- Prepare program reviews for updates to Executive teams by coordinating with Product Engineering teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in technical project/product/program management.
- Work experience in e-commerce / startup is a plus
- Operational knowledge of public cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP is a big plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Public cloud experience in a production setting (Azure preferred)
- Experience with message based, async processing
- Experience with microservices and /or distributed systems
