Sr. Technical Program Manager - Retail Technologies
As a Technical Program Manager for Operations Integration & new product introduction, you will drive multiple initiatives that support growth initiatives across our network to drive rapid growth and expansion. You will work alongside our real estate, supply chain, operations, finance, and legal teams to integrate and launch new verticals or new system integrations into our core business. The right candidate will possess a strong program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading large projects, and will have a well-rounded technical background in software and hardware, and operational processes. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of work experience in technical program/product management
- 5+ years of experience managing highly technical projects, involving either warehouse or factory automation or some other large-scale technical implementation.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional, multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
- Ability to work with the engineering community at all levels of the organization to gain consensus on technical decisions around ideas that are both transformational and disruptive.
- Strong hardware and software development background with experience in hardware and software development cycles, and in managing and delivering large cross-functional programs.
- Comfortable communicating (verbally and written) with senior leadershipComfortable with complex mathematical modeling and simulations
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent, experience in industrial engineering, industrial automation, operational excellence, warehouse robotics a plus (Engineering or equivalent)
- Willingness to travel 40-50% of the year
Responsibilities
- Deliver and deploy simple but effective processes and systems that drive customer satisfaction
- Collect business and systems requirements from internal and external customers
- Drive solution design end to end across multiple verticals
- Define KPIs that measure our success and can be translated to our business partners
- Be a technical point of contact for internal or external teams
- Drive project schedules from design to release
- Manage the production launch, go-live support, and post go-live handoff
- Lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between different cross functional teams both internal and outside merchants and vendors
- Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize deployment
- Develop strategies and insights to guide leadership and help develop strategies
- Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
- Be a leader in the designing and deploying the right solution
- Expert in executive level communication on a weekly or daily basis
