The Engineering Manager serves as the Agile program leader and will be responsible for leading the Agile transformation and for the successful execution of an Agile team. The Engineering Manager to support a scrum team and the over-all delivery and reporting within their Programs. This position requires individuals who have previously been successful Scrum Masters and/or Agile Coaches on highly distributed teams, have led Agile/Scrum adoption in the past, and have experience in software delivery as well as those who can drive and influence change and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive portfolio-level financial, health, and risk monitoring
• Understand and leverage a full suite of operational reporting: capacity planning, rosters, labor actuals, demand/forecasts, agile metric reporting
• Work with resource managers to drive the identification of the skills, duration and effort required for successful project execution
• Establish/apply quality objectives, criteria, standards, and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with stakeholder input (e.g., key performance indicators, scope definition)
• Develop, communicate, and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g., mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience using data and information to make business decisions
• 3+ years of Monitoring financials to ensure budget compliance
• 2+ years presenting to senior leadership
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• PMP Certification
• Experience in a business analyst and/or systems analyst role
• Experience working with systems and technology teams
• Experience working with vendors
• Experience in a lead role training or mentoring others
• Experience in Medicare or government programs
• Experience working with Medicare
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio and/or SharePoint

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $87,900 to $156,900.
