Job Description Summary
This role will be part of a dynamic and growing Cyber Security organization that is redefining Endpoint Security for the enterprise. As part of this role, you will be responsible for defining internal process, methods, approaches, and manage tooling to secure enterprise endpoints. As our Endpoint Security Leader, you will assess our current endpoint security posture for mobile, desktop and server environments, recommend and drive improvements to the program including standards, procedures, technology and be accountable to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization's data security architectures and regulatory compliance requirements.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Be the subject matter expert for mobile and endpoint device security
  • Provide direction and expertise for data security and data loss prevention objectives
  • Identify inadequacies within the environment and construct solutions internal and external customer requirements
  • Support development and refinement of policies and incident management processes.
  • Develop and provide program oversight defining relevant metrics, key risk indicators and key performance indicators
  • Partner with internal compliance teams to develop and produce repeatable artifacts demonstrating compliance status.
  • Ensure security solutions and policies meet and respond to current and emerging threats
  • Prioritize incidents, service request, changes, and business requests
  • Leverage the use of industry frameworks to develop capability requirements and preform gap/risk assessments
  • Manage communication and service agreements with 3rd party service providers
  • Develop scripts, tools, and applications to automate manual operational tasks and to monitor and report on platform, rule, and control performance, coverage, and effectiveness.
  • Build rapport and trust with business teams to identify and drive solutions to business data security challenges.
  • Lead Security and Enterprise projects as needed
  • Lead strategic planning and roadmap creation for the organization
  • Communicate and present to executive leadership on project status, risks, and issues


Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Cyber/Technical Product Management or IT Note:

Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Desired Characteristics

Mobile solutions, Data Protection, Data Security, Cyber Security, Information Security or

Technology Engineering and Architecture
  • Knowledge and understanding of Insider and Advanced Persistent Threats, technics, tactics, and procedures
  • Experience with Endpoint Security technologies like Microsoft Defender ATP and Endpoint Manager, CrowdStrike, Tanium, Digital Guardian, etc.
  • Experience in board Cyber Security platforms: Network and host-based Data Loss Prevention, Network and host-based Firewalls, device encryption, Security information and event management (SIEM), and Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR)
  • Strong team player who collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.
  • Experience in architectural design and understanding complex interfacing systems.
  • Excellent command of Cybersecurity organization practices, operations risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering threats and vulnerabilities, including incident response methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with product owners.
  • Self-driven to learn new technology and build technical skill sets.
  • CISSP, CISA, SANS GIAC, Security+ or relevant security certification(s)
