Sr. Scrum Master/IT BA - Revenue Management Tech
Job Description As an experienced member of the Software Engineering team within the Revenue Management Technology organization, you'll contribute to the technology product roadmap, work very closely with business partners and technology stakeholders across various group to help deliver technology products used across the enterprise, continuously innovate, contribute to the product vision and its roadmap to correlate business strategy with technology outcomes.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master
- Experience working in a global virtual team environment is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile methodology is a must
- S elf-starter who is creative with a 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to engage with multiple regional and product stakeholders including business, technology, and operations stakeholders
- Document user requirements in standard format, translating business requirements into specification for development teams
- Conduct and manage sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, demos, retrospective, maintaining JIRA and reporting on sprint metrics and KPIs for feature teams
- Assist in functional and non-functional testing alongside QA
- Work closely with Architects, UX teams on design of new features and components
- Drive user adoption and gather feedback from users for continual enhancements and improvements
- Build relationships with users and stakeholders from multiple regions and products
- Structures problem solving abilities with strong communication and presentation skills - ability to translate complex business problems and solutions into easily consumable content
