Scrum Master
Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Full Stack Engineers with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. Location: Remote or Various

Responsibilities:
Associate would be playing the role of a Sr. Scrum Master. As part of the responsibilities, include liaising between the team, product owner, business team and other IT and business stakeholders. Responsible for conducting required cadences for the team as advocated by SAFe practices, facilitating discussions across team, capturing and reporting metrics as appropriate. Should be able to move around stories and features as appropriate, track impediments to closure, track risks and dependencies that would impact the roadmap or program increment. Sr. Scrum master should also help in PI planning and Sprint planning. Be a champion for continuous improvement and innovation
Should have played the role of scrum master for at least 2-3 years
Certified Scrum master, SAFe experience preferred
