Key Responsibilities:

• Create and provide an integrated plan for product development. Manage cross functional project teams that coordinates product development.
• Review, manage, proactively challenges, and controls status of projects operations of the programs and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Guide and lead the team in achieving the goals of the program including issue identification, resolution and contingency planning. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, safety, quality, and stakeholders goals and objectives.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers. Acts as liaison with internal and external customers and partners. Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+6 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
