Department OverviewProject Management within our Professional Services department is responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services solutions to customers.
Job Description
Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services solutions to customers.
Manages the delivery of multiple project initiatives including project planning, task allocation and prioritization and delivery in line with the client’s expectations and business needs.
Ensures ongoing process/system capabilities associated with integrated deliverables and manages any changes or enhancements required to meet or exceed the expectations established during initial project design.
Works with consultants, analysts, specialists and sub-contractors.
Experience with process improvement or service delivery
PMP Certification
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of project management experience
OR 7+ years experience in Information Technology project management.
