PennyMac's Technology PMO is growing and looking for Project Managers to add to staff! We welcome Scrum Masters and Agile focused Cloud Technology Project Managers! Your role is responsible for management of assigned cloud projects. The Cloud Technology Project Manager executes day-to-day management of assigned project segments. You will also be responsible for the support of the company's next-generation mortgage origination tools.
Job Description

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of cloud projects from initiation through delivery.
• Ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction through effective project management.
• Develop, define, and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Identify needed resources for projects while defining and assigning major project roles.
• Coordinate activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments and client as needed to meet project goals, and ensures project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope.
• Assign and monitor work of project team, providing technical and analytical support and direction.
• Manage project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope and quality) are achieved.
• Assist with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
• Identify project management coordination process gaps or areas for improvement.

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

• Experience running software development projects within complex and complex stakeholder landscapes
• Comfortable working directly with business executives
• Exposure to a variety of Project Management and/or Program Management methodologies
• Experience with full SDLC, data lakes, and Cloud (AWS strongly preferred) based development
• Relationship management experience; creating, maintaining and/or enhancing customer relationships that have yielded further business opportunity
• Experience in managing IT projects across large enterprises
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary project teams across the whole SDLC
• A comprehensive enterprise-wide view and understanding of business processes and drivers through working experience in large - medium size business corporation
• Experience in mentoring and executing Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practice
• Evidence of managing organizational complexity and multiple work stream
• Demonstrated ability to keep the long-term solution in focus and plan for risk
• Experience rescuing projects and turning them around, both small and large scale
• Experience contributing on a development team as a developer, tester, or analyst
• Experience explaining the costs and benefits of projects
• Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews and retrospectives
