Job Description

Position Summary: The Sr. Program Manager manages and delivers all aspects of eBusiness Programs within the eBusiness team. The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of assigned projects and programs from program initiation through delivery using SAFe, Agile, and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of assigned projects/programs including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk to ensure successful delivery.
- Proactively manage assigned projects/programs to ensure milestones are achieved within plan including proactively managing execution progress, managing communications, reporting status, managing resources, managing change, removing roadblocks and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure projects/programs are adhering to the company's formal identified framework of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile, or Waterfall; leveraging best-practices; and are fully aligned with the Program Management Office (PMO).
- Ensure projects/programs are properly progressing through the Software Development Lifecycle including proper definition, analysis, design, development, testing, training and deployment.
- Create initial project/program budget and seek funding approval following the company's capital funding process. Manage the project/program budget throughout its course providing monthly actuals and forecasts.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, customer relationships and third-party vendors as needed.
- Maintain extensive knowledge and expertise in the discipline of program management as well as multiple business processes and/or technical areas.
- Participate with management and other PMs in establishing best practices in program management methods and tools.

Skills and Credentials:
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience. Master's degree a plus.
- A minimum of 5+ years of hands on SDLC IT/web/ecommerce program management and/or work in a formal enterprise IT PMO. Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/Scrum best practices. PMP and SCM certification a plus.
- Experience in delivery of successful Enterprise level IT Programs as a program manager, such as eBusiness, IT, and CRM Programs.
- Proven ability to lead groups, manage program deliverables, and maintain customer relationships
- Experience in managing budgets, program plans, resource allocations, and priorities.
- Demonstrated skills with project management tools. MS Office, expertise with Excel, Visio
- Demonstrated expertise with various industry PM methodologies including AGILE and Waterfall. SAFe knowledge and experience a plus.
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.

- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to apply multiple solutions to business problems.
