WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Sr. Program Manager must be a highly motivated, self-starter, who is a superior problem-solver. The ideal candidate would have deep expertise in product lifecycle management and excellent customer skills. The candidate will be viewed as a leader of the organization and will successfully drive the design and adoption of scalable, repeatable product lifecycle process for the Data & Analytics business unit. The Sr Program Manager will have a strong focus on product EOL and product launch, working regularly with both internal stakeholders and customers to ensure a successful adoption of the new platform. The qualified candidate will have strong experience as a program manager with a Lean-Agile mindset successfully delivering valuable business outcomes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
  • The program manager will gain alignment with senior leaders on strategic product decisions and drive execution and communication across multiple functions, ensuring that all decisions have incorporated commercial, technical and operational impact
  • Once the product lifecycle management process has been established, the program manager will be responsible for ensuring the strategy, marketing campaign, sales processes, customer adoption and requisite milestones are tracked and reported upon
  • Obtain senior leadership stakeholder alignment and approval on all key product lifecycle, product launch and product discontinuation decisions
  • Optimize the process of customer implementation
  • Drive cross-functional execution around newly implemented Product Life Cycle Management SOP to ensure standardized global approach, with clearly defined responsibilities, communication mechanisms including formal documentation of key decisions, and linkage to existing processes and systems
  • Drive cross-functional and local site engagement to ensure completion of delegated responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain process(es) for total product migration health review, communication, and governance to serve a broad set of stakeholders
  • Implement frequent ongoing communication touchpoints with key stakeholders to ensure full engagement and alignment to all decisions
  • Develop and implement process dashboard and metrics to drive optimization
  • Understand key product strategy to drive disciplined program management approach and ensure that timing of product discontinuations do not negatively impact sales revenue and/or commercial commitments



REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • High level Program Management experience as a Project or Program Manager (8-12 years) including track record of successfully developing and managing business and strategy projects within time and budget constraints
  • Experience designing and executing lean, scalable business processes
  • Proven track record leveraging a variety of PLM frameworks, like Lean-Startup, for successful product launches
  • Primary program leader for sunsetting legacy products successfully, with a high customer conversion rate
  • Experience in senior level program reporting; providing status reporting and risk management level reporting across a portfolio of projects.
  • Highly desired to have experience in AI/ML products
  • Ability to take ownership of projects assigned with successful deliveries
  • Demonstrated success overseeing concurrent projects
  • Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating; Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates consistent leadership and judgment
  • Experience managing, training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Experience working across a wide variety of PPM toolsets
  • Experience with visualization and business process mapping
  • Extended working hours may be required as needed
  • Ability to travel as required by project
  • PMP, LPM and/or PLM certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required, major in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, Information Science, Business Management, or similar field preferred #LI-REMOTE #LI-JL1
