Job Duties:
Multi-Track Management, Strategic Oversight, Risk Management, Project Management, Scrum Master, and Communication Management.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 5-7 years Program Manager and Scrum Master experience
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and accomplish goals
- Experience coordinating software releases in large IT environments
- Demonstrated ability to work with executives on strategic direction setting and
decision making
- Experience managing multiple Jira projects
- Experience managing Confluence spaces
- Experience with innovative product development

Nice to have skills and qualifications:
- Experience working with analytics teams.
- Experience working within the insurance space.
