Sr Program Manager, Global Sales Operations
Overview
ERT seeks a Senior Program Manager, Global Sales Operations to develop and support the use and governance of the consistent project management processes, tools and templates that are used by our initiative teams to execute our strategic initiatives. Will provide project management services for medium to complex-sized projects or programs.

Responsibilities
Our Sr Program Manager, Global Sales Operations
- Facilitates the development of the transformation strategy, plan and associated communications to keep the team aligned.
- Enable the transformation through process and template design.
- Support the organization through mentoring and guidance.
- Executes governance oversight for program and initiative execution.
- Track and monitor initiative execution & progress against targets as well as adoption of change across the organization.
- Supports full governance calendar.
- Provides ad-hoc support and intervention on program issues/ exceptions.
- Interact at senior and executive level leadership levels.
- Effective project management of medium to complex-sized transformation projects
- Work closely with business leads/SMEs.
- Escalate any critical issues or concerns as appropriate to the Program Office Leader
- Create and maintain all project artefacts, including project plans, issue logs, status reports, agendas, meeting notes.
- Project status reporting.
- Manage and report on project budget.
- Foresee risk and implements mitigation strategies.
- Responsible for maintenance of best practices and methodology documentation.
- Participate and contribute positively to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
What we seek -
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree
- 10-15 years of experience
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Able to identify creative processes/ templates for effective project management
- Highly motivated and results driven; pushes self to deliver results consistently, on time, and without constant supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- A strong desire for success and a positive demeanour is essential
- Ability to influence without direct authority
