As a member of SBC’s Office of Strategy Management (OSM), you will be part of a team that drives strategic planning, operational and organizational effectiveness processes, and associate experience. You will work with a large team of product managers, technology partners, business leaders, enterprise product functions and the data science organization to deliver results that have a direct impact on SBC’s performance. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the operating rhythm for the organization by managing all hands, monthly business reviews, staff meetings, town halls, and communications.
Assist in management of the leadership team strategy including owning the agenda for regular leadership and organizational meetings
Ensure readiness of cross-functional materials to be used in larger leadership forums
Work to align organization around team “norms” and develop strategies to monitor and ensure collective team culture
Manage the interaction strategy of the senior leadership team including curating content for off-sites and team building activities
Develop and manage recognition programs across the organization
Coordinate with finance and recruiting on budget planning and hiring strategy
Support HR in their talent efforts including performance management, people leadership, recruiting, succession planning, learning & development, and diversity, inclusion, and belonging
Facilitate cross-functional partnerships across Card and other Lines of Business.
Directly drive special projects as needed
Manage OSM consultants who partner directly with business leaders to support team specific initiatives
The successful candidate will:

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or at least 5 years of project management experience
At least 3 years of relationship management experience
At least 3 years of experience partnering with senior stakeholders across different business functions
At least 2 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of people management experience
2+ years of change management experience
2+ years of experience working in organizational development and performance
4+ years of experience in Communications planning and development, including department communications, leadership team meetings, presentations, memos and reports
5+ years of experience partnering with senior stakeholders across different business functions
5+ years of experience in Internal Business Communications or working within a Chief of Staff team
5+ years of experience in financial services or consulting
