As a Sr Manager - DEI Programs, you will support the development, management, and integration of DEI into our core talent processes and programs. ­­­­­­­­­You will use your knowledge of D&I trends to identify, develop, and execute new initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders. The key objectives for this role include programmatic support in planning, operationalizing, and communicating employee-wide talent programs and processes, as well as tracking metrics for the measurement and analysis of program effectiveness.


We are open to this position being based in New York, Dallas, or LA

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will act as a DEI subject matter expert and drive the key pillars of the global DEI strategy into relevant initiatives that support of Match Group’s ability to attract and retain world-class diverse talent and to be responsive to customer’s needs
  • You will translate metrics, research, and trends into new initiatives and best practices
  • You will enable appropriate cultural awareness and change by recognizing and responding to regional needs and providing tailored strategies and solutions
  • You will drive program objectives through program management and defined project plans; manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.

We could be a match if:

  • You have at least 5 years of progressive work experience in Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion and have built DEI strategies from the ground up, including design of roadmaps to drive incremental progress towards long-term vision and goals
  • You have deep understanding of global societal systems of bias, and the ability to apply this knowledge to invent, evolve, improve, and simplify business and HR processes
  • You have deep understanding of DEI analytics, including how to drive impact in recruitment, talent, and inclusion metrics
  • You are able to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive them to completion using project/program management tools
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills the ability to influence, and strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to provide high quality documentation and report preparation
