Job Overview:

As our Sr. Enterprise Implementation Manager, you will join the Enterprise Services team to own the implementations for our Enterprise clients in North America. Our goal is to build a Coursera solution quickly and successfully that drives impact across all of our client organizations. This role is also very cross-functional where you can expect to work with members within our sales, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, finance, learner services and legal teams in service of Coursera’s growth and long-term success.


Responsibilities

  • Successfully configure and launch Coursera’s Enterprise product on-time according to the client’s requirements with high quality and contribute to building implementation methodology 
  • Onboard clients on Coursera’s Enterprise product to ensure awareness and understanding of the platform and the solution and drive high initial adoption within the customer’s organization to drive long term success 
  • Independently manage large projects by both leveraging client relationships as well as using data analysis to track our build to launch phase
  • Create project documentation, procedures and best practices for implementation services while managing requirements, scope and timeline for the project
  • Assist with pre-sales activities, such as advanced demos, supporting RFPs and assessing technical solutions and questions on product functionality and integration features (such as SSO, LMS, etc.)
  • Lead and participate in strategic initiatives, conduct analysis and provide recommendations 
  • Build thought leadership and strategic footprint in defining implementation methodology
  • Establish effective feedback mechanism to channel client feedback to cross-functional teams and collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Engineering 

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles leading SaaS implementations in a high growth organization
  • Demonstrated history in project management and change management, working with large organizations
  • Expertise in web practices and technical concepts (SSO, API's, etc)
  • Experience owning and managing end to end delivery, ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and driving results 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Education Technology
  • A passion for education, education reform, and interest in working for a social enterprise
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment 
  • Passion for problem-solving and creative solutions 
  • Strong, proven sense of customer empathy and customer-centrism
