The Enterprise Agile Program Manager utilizes agile techniques to oversee the on-time and on-budget execution of the organization's strategic programs and projects. This individual will need to work horizontally and vertically across the organization to ensure program plans are thoroughly developed, to track execution activities, and to develop and take corrective action when program/project delivery activities are at risk.

What you'll do:

  • Works with the appropriate solution teams and subject matter experts to ensure assigned program/project plans (including timeline, resources, budget, contingencies) are thoroughly developed in order to achieve success of the company's key strategic initiatives.
  • Partners with applicable solution teams to monitor, track, and communicate status of assigned initiatives; and works horizontally and vertically across the organization to keep initiatives on track or develop remediation and corrective actions when assigned initiatives are at risk.
  • Works as a key member of the SRO to support activities as needed, including development of key estimates for strategic initiatives, partnering with Solution Consulting to support concept development, and supporting Portfolio Management to "turn-around" initiatives at risk.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Bachelors Degree and seven (7) years of relevant business, portfolio, program, or project experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile roles, artifacts & ceremonies
  • Demonstrated leadership in tactical & strategic execution
  • Experience with Stakeholder Management

The strongest candidates for this position will also possess:

  • Change Management experience
  • CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP and Lean certifications are a plus
  • Health Insurance experience is a plus
