The Role

Addepar’s Talent Programs Team is seeking a talented individual contributor for our Employee Experience efforts to build, enhance, and evolve a healthy, vibrant employee experience most significantly through our engagement and recognition programs. This role will provide incredible variety and enable you to build and execute with partners from across the organization. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your ability to innovate, communicate, curate, and orchestrate a fresh employee experience that allows everyone to do their best work.

What You'll Do

  • Partner on the engagement survey program; driving participation, analyzing data and trends, and developing and sharing the story it tells specifically as it relates to teams
  • Create and provide action-planning tools and track team execution across the organization in support of and in partnership with People Business Partners
  • Provide accurate insight into what Addepeeps are experiencing using engagement survey data, focus groups, interviews, and 1-1 connections. Recommend and drive solutions where appropriate and partner with others as needed
  • Collaborate and partner with other employee experience team members to integrate and reinforce our values and culture into our systems and processes
  • Create communication plans to effectively communicate enterprise-wide changes, program launches, and ongoing programs to drive participation and engagement
  • Reenvision tenure, peer, and value recognition programs and create a strategy to drive the right behaviors, celebrate our best and our brightest, and enhance engagement
  • Review and approve functionally-specific recognition programs to ensure they are aligned with and complement corporate programs
  • Select, manage, and evaluate vendor relationships to ensure an efficient use of resources
  • Create an evaluation strategy that addresses how we will measure the success of engagement and recognition initiatives

Who You Are

  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in the employee experience, human resources space
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • A passion for creating an amazing employee experience vision, and the skills to make it a reality
  • A solid track record of building with cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding skills using data to tell stories that prompt action
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Experience in high-growth organizations
  • Ability to think creatively and encourage innovation
  • Familiarity with change management, motivation, and growth mindset models and tools
