We're looking for people that will drive team success and collaboration across SentinelOne. If you’re enthusiastic about innovative approaches to problem-solving, we would love to speak with you about joining our team!

SentinelOne is looking for a Director Technical Program Manager to work alongside our infrastructure and cloud operations group. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Embedding best practices around infrastructure planning and delivery throughout SentinelOne
  • Tracking and managing infrastructure budget across multiple products and environments
  • Integrating incident management workflows, tracking, and resolution planning across multiple teams
  • Partnering with senior leadership to establish reliable, repeatable release and change management practices on a global scale
  • Coaching and mentoring others from around the world, while seeking out your own ongoing development and education

Your main partners in S1 are responsible for:

  • Shaping and supporting SentinelOne’s cloud fabric architecture and cloud native strategy
  • Infrastructure budgets
  • SRE
  • Defining and implementing software development tools & processes, for continuous integration and deployment of services
  • Release management

During interviews, you should prepare to share about your strong operational, financial, and leadership acumen, having managed effective TPM teams in SaaS companies at scale. You will influence decision-making and work directly with the Sr Leadership team at SentinelOne, so your executive presence needs to be on point. We are a small but rapidly growing team, and you will need to show that you can talk to anyone, at any level and in any role, and explain complex challenges in the way best suited for your audience.

You should have:

  • Experience working with enterprise scale secure SDLCs
  • Familiarity with big data standard practices and problems
  • A history of building both strong teams and individual players
  • Active curiosity and willingness to admit ignorance while learning quickly on the job
  • US citizenship
  • Able to speak conversational kubernetes (you don’t need to be an expert, but you should generally know how containers and orchestration work)
  • Strong program management experience, including building programs from scratch or taking over existing efforts.

Bonus points if you have the following experience:

  • Implementing distributed systems in multiple environments
  • Familiarity with PII and data privacy, including global regulatory compliance
