About the team:
FIS' Image Solutions Division is a market leader, focused on three key payment and content management channels. They are:

• Check Processing Software & Services
  
  • Comprehensive image-based check (item) processing platforms that efficiently process check payments.
  • FIS currently supports more than 1,000 financial institutions including more than 50 of the top 100 financial institutions in North America.
• Lockbox Processing Software & Services
  
  • Business-to-business and consumer-to-business invoice and check payment processing.
  • FIS currently supports more than 30 of the top 100 financial institutions in North America.
• Enterprise Content Management Software & Services
  
  • Allows financial institutions to easily scan and index documents such as new account forms and loan applications. In addition, archival storage of reports, statements and notices.
  • Workflow allow financial institutions to electronically move documents through departments, automate manual workflows and improve audit controls.

What you will be doing
In the capacity of FIS Content Management Business Unit Manager II, your responsibilities include:

• General management oversight of a fast-growing suite of content management solutions, representing a $25 million P&L.
• Responsibility for the P&L, product strategy and direction, sales and other growth initiatives, customer loyalty /support, etc. for your area or responsibility.
• FIS operates in a functional matrix; as business unit manager you are responsible for serving as a quarterback for your area of responsibility, leading our sales, product, development, implementations and support teams.
• Partnering with Finance, the People Office, Service Delivery and other key corporate teams to help ensure business, employee and customer objectives are achieved.

What you bring:

• Positive, self-driven, growth-oriented senior manager capable of thriving in a fast-paced, market-leading financial technology company
• 3 to 5 years' experience serving in a general manager or similar capacity
• Track record driving revenue growth through sales, new/enhanced products, penetration of new markets, etc.
• Banking industry knowledge - understanding of how financial institutions operate, make decisions, leverage technology, etc.
• Knowledge of content management, document imaging and archival storage segments of business/banking automation technology

Added bonus if you have:

• Successful banking/financial technology company track record and experience
• Sales or product management experience
• Ability to travel up to 25% of a typical work month schedule
