SENIOR CONSULTANT SFM
We are looking for an SFM (Service Fulfillment Management) Consultant to join Syncron's US Expert Services and broader Customer Excellence team. As a consultant, you will advise our customers on their agenda to transform their service and after-sales business into a competitive differentiator. Relying on the Syncron service platform that offers domain-fit solutions for

  • inventory optimization,
  • pricing strategy and
  • service lifecycle management (e.g., warranty management, field service management, service parts (master data/order/RMA/catalogue) management, knowledge management)


you will help define, configure, test, and deploy game changing business solutions in state-of-the-art architectures . Our international customers are leading companies from the construction equipment, automotive, agriculture, aviation industry, and other related fields.
During the ramp up period you will get familiar with Syncron's products and processes by utilizing our eLearning platform and participating in actual customer projects. Your personal mentor and the members of your international project team will support you to quickly learn what you need. As you grow you will be given more senior responsibilities. What you would do
You are in the first line to ensure Syncron customers realize the most value from our solutions, by
• Design ing business process es based on Syncron's standard software solutions
• Gather ing , analyz ing, and document ing customer requirements
• Setting up Syncron's solutions to enable customer value
• Model ing and fine-tun ing business parameters to optimize solution fit
• Validat ing configuration and enabling users to realize customer value
• Identifying needs and additional services to optimize customer value
• Develop ing and maintain ing relationships with customers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Leading customer stakeholders through the implementation project
• Collaborating with Syncron Customer Success Managers to drive customer satisfaction
• Collaborat ing with Product Management department to improve Syncron solutions
Who you are
You are an awesome colleague who always sees the possibilities and accepts challenges to grow your horizon. You
• have completed u niversity with a qualified degree , preferably in Industrial Management, Economics , Engineering or Business Operations
• worked a minimum of 4 years in an after-sales service lifecycle environment
• are interest ed in leveraging Information Technology to achieve business objectives
• take accountability for your customer's needs and aim to deliver best results for your clients
• can understand and document customer requirements
• explain complex processes to be easily understood
• enjoy presenting to a group and lead through a workshop to achieve set objectives
• have a s tructured work approach and stick to your goals
• professionally communicate in person and in writing
• are happy to travel up to 50% to spend time directly with your clients, and to spend a couple of days in the office weekly.

• Experience building business solutions based on standard software
• Experience working with SaaS solutions
• Strong experience in after-sales domain
• Experience working effectively across time zones in a global environment .
