The company is currently seeking an experienced Service Project Administrator.


Position Summary/ Primary Purpose

The Service Project Administrator reports to the Customer Service Manager and is the main point of contact for customers while coordinating, monitoring and preparing field service contracts and documentation.

Major Areas of Responsibility
  • Liaising with customers to identify and define field service contract requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information related to the Service Contract
  • Help prepare field service contracts, proposals, contract schedules and budget
  • Work with sister companies, other departments, and plant leadership for coordination of estimates and scheduling of out of department resources
  • Monitor and track service contract progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Create and maintain comprehensive contract documentation, plans and reports

  • English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar required to write service proposals and contracts.
  • Technology and Automation - Knowledge of current and old technology used on Automated Material Handling equipment such as conveyors, AGV's and other. Also, knowledge of how various types of automation are applied and work.
  • Basic understanding of the material handling industry and how these products are applied in the field.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience as Project or Service Manager

Demonstrated Physical Abilities

Remain stationary for 50% of the time; move/traverse throughout the office to access file cabinets and office equipment; operate a computer and other productivity machinery; inspect documents; communicate with others through talking/hearing; read/identify/assess forms and correspondence.
