About the Role

As a member of the People Team, reporting to the Head of People Operations, the Senior Manager, Total Compensation & Analytics will be a key strategic partner to the Lattice leadership team. This is an opportunity to design, develop and implement a total rewards philosophy, architecture and mindset across a high-growth company focused on bringing in and retaining the best talent. 

Responsibilities 

  • Own foundational aspects of our Total Rewards program, inducing; total rewards framework, compensation review cycles, open enrollment, and benefit benchmarking, market analyses, and retaining the best talent.
  • Partner with the executive leadership and people team to develop, execute and communicate key benefits and compensation programs, as well as facilitate focal review cycles.
  • Create and build programs that are market-competitive, aligned with our business goals and in compliance with company policies and relevant government regulations.
  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative analytics to support development of cost-effective compensation and benefits programs, including proposals for program changes and utilization.
  • Develop strong relationships with key members of the Leadership, People, Talent, and Finance teams to align our strategies with business priorities
  • You are a resident expert on pay decisions, policy benefits interpretations and job leveling.
  • Develop and own the compensation and benefits administration process, including the planning and implementation of semi-annual compensation and promotion cycles  short/long term incentives and benefits plan strategy.
  • Monitor compensation, benefits and legislative trends in the competitive market and ensure our total rewards programs are designed to attract/retain high performers and key talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of compensation & benefits experience, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth global company.
  • Demonstrated experience in compensation analysis, trends and compensation best practices in a multi-disciplined environment.
  • Strong consulting, communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep analytical, pragmatic and adaptable mindset, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make recommendations.
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to partner effectively with business leaders and people team colleagues to define and deliver effective processes, data and programs that support the business goals.
  • Advanced skills using Excel and Google Sheets.

Nice To Have (optional) 

  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with contemporary HR Technology platforms (i.e. ADP) a plus.
  • International experience is a plus.
