About Feedonomics
As a leading product feed management platform, Feedonomics partners with agencies, brands, and retailers to optimize and list their products on the top ecommerce shopping destinations around the world.
What makes us different from other SaaS companies in the space?
We manage everything from integration and full-service onboarding to ongoing feed maintenance for our clients, enabling them to expand their ecommerce business more efficiently.
Since its inception in 2014, Feedonomics has developed an incredible reputation for our full-service approach to feed management, our inclusive culture, and our industry-leading technology. With principles that go beyond optics, Feedonomics looks to deliver the same people-first strategy internally as we do externally.
The Role
Feedonomics is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Marketplaces team in a project management and systems analyst dual-role. The Feedonomics technology platform enables merchants to optimize and automate product listing, order fulfillment, inventory management, and other key solution workflows for e-commerce marketplaces. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping our clients automate their e-commerce marketplace strategies and comfortable working in an innovative, energetic, and agile environment.
You will work with some of our largest clients to help design and implement solutions, balancing client needs with feasibility and speed-to-market. The Technical Project Manager understands the core functionality and feature set of Feedonomics as a middleware data syndication platform and marries the best of this with the client's needs.
This is a hands-on role, in which the candidate will manage integration projects involving some of our core automation services: E-commerce marketplace integrations (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, Facebook, Google)

  • Product listing, pricing, and inventory management
  • Order management / fulfillment

The Responsibilities

  • Manage e-commerce marketplace integration projects, including planning project milestones and deliverables, ongoing status reporting, and creating project documentation
  • Leveraging your expertise and leadership to influence and gain consensus on how to proceed, remove impediments, and strive for high-performing team success
  • Creating and executing project plans in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and external partners
  • Responsible for internal and external communication with project stakeholders
  • Create and enforce cross-functional accountability across all business and technical groups & levels using soft and hard levers
  • Owning the end-to-end successful delivery of technical integration projects, doing whatever it takes to help the team succeed
  • Fluent as a Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and release planning

The Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in eCommerce, B2B, and/or SaaS, with 2+ years experience with eCommerce marketplace integrations (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Facebook, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience defining clear and concise requirements and translating business needs into technology solutions
  • Experience working with teams across multiple platforms. You can navigate your way across a complex and rapidly changing technology landscape to resolve impediments
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum and/or Agile, Jira, and Confluence
  • Experience in the implementation of data management, e-commerce, and/or ERP systems preferred
  • Flex your project management skills in scope management, proactive risks and issues management, cross-functional/stakeholder and leadership communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution) at all levels
  • Self-driven. You have superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow-through on tasks. You don't get overwhelmed easily
  • Motivated. You understand the impact of a highly-satisfied, excited crew; you are slightly obsessive-compulsive about grinding away at issues
  • Problem Solver. You use logic, as well as imagination, to make sense of a situation and come up with an intelligent solution
  • Roll Up Your Sleeves. You have an innate, scrappy and entrepreneurial drive to get things done in a fast-moving environment where things can (and do!) change quickly, priorities compete, and you may not always have all of the details up front. Nothing gets by you
  • A utility player. You're willing to help out wherever needed
