Technical Program Managers at FullStory build and operate high-impact, cross-functional programs across the Engineering organization and beyond. In this capacity, they create systems, models, and processes that up-level the operational maturity of the Engineering team and the company as a whole.

As Senior TPM, Engineering Operations, you will solve crucial problems to enable us to rapidly scale our Engineering org. You'll be responsible for building out a best-in-class onboarding program for new engineers at FullStory, decreasing ramp-up time while providing an exceptional new hire experience. You’ll own the organization and maintenance of our internal technical documentation. You'll work on programs that foster our strong engineering culture, create internal connections and communities, and promote the professional growth of engineers. You will also help proactively identify organizational gaps and work with Engineering leadership to devise and implement solutions.

This role reports to the Head of Technical Program Management.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Manage and improve our onboarding program that acclimates new engineers to FullStory's technology stack, software development lifecycle, conventions, and best practices.
  • Write and present technical training content for engineers of all levels.
  • Develop a strategy for organizing and maintaining technical documentation to promote discoverability and ease of access.
  • Define and track meaningful metrics related to program success.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of experience in Engineering Operations, Engineering Education, Training, Technical Writing, or similar roles at high-growth technology companies
  • Has experience as a software developer
  • Has experience driving complex technical programs to achieve tangible business outcomes

It would be amazing if:

  • You have a bachelor's and or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or another technical discipline
  • You are experienced at writing and presenting complex technical content in a concise and approachable manner
