We are building an enterprise architecture shared service that will deliver value to a wide variety of business groups. The service will support innovative initiatives across the organization and is designed to achieve real results for new users.
We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager with experience performing technical analysis and delivering holistic end-to-end solution design for systems across an enterprise. You can act as a champion for the customer while also balancing business needs and technical feasibility. This is anything but a "routine job," and no two days will be exactly the same. You'll be driving solution design, assessing risks and opportunities for improvement, building the technical vision and roadmap, overseeing the development process, developing relationships with teams across the organization, and much more.   • You can lead have a passion for understanding customers and creating technical solution experiences that keep them coming back over and over again.
  • You're a forward-thinking leader with a knack for building consensus both within your team and among stakeholders at all levels.
  • You know how to translate product/platform strategy into detailed features and user stories that are consumable for product development teams.
  • Have the ability to get your hands dirty to ideate and design innovative technical solutions to meet the user stories.
  • You're well versed in Agile methodology and can collaborate to define and assemble effective products for Agile delivery teams.
  • You can work across teams to build and communicate anticipated release schedules.
  • You're a whiz at running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
  • You excel at managing client expectations, identifying risks, recommending mitigation approaches, and managing issues with effective outcomes.
  • You can mentor junior resources to help them grow professionally and to lead small to large teams.
  • You collaborate with individuals across many teams, including sales, commercial accounting, marketing, legal, go-to-market, finance, Dev, Architecture, Engineering.


Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years of leadership and management experience
  • Experience in software engineering/enterprise architecture/technology leadership across multiple products, systems and/or platforms coupled with strong business acumen and executive presence
  • Experience in software design and development for enterprise systems functioning in a Service-Oriented Architecture environment where the enterprise includes customer account maintenance UIs, web, point of sale, billing, middleware, handset applications, IVR, product catalogs, and data warehouses
  • Experience in creating documents that convey enterprise-wide technical solutions for business, marketing and IT-sponsored projects to software developers, management, vendors, and business teams for cross-platform systems (web, tablet, desktop) with an international user base
  • Experience in designing solutions for integration between third-party enterprise software and custom-built enterprise applications that support over 50 million customers
  • Experience in performing technical design of customer account maintenance functions (including activations and service changes) for customer care systems in an environment where Monthly Recurring Charges are assessed by billing systems with over 50 million customers
  • Experience performing technical design in support of cross-platform user-interface applications (web, tablet, desktop) for over 1000 concurrent user
  • -Experience performing technical design using API-first design principles
