We are seeking a Senior Strategic Project Manager who will support company-wide initiatives focused on product and program development. This individual would be working under the corporate Project Management Office on new product builds and integrations across all our groups and business units. In this exciting and challenging role, candidates will plan and execute product integration projects, new product development projects and process improvement projects. This Project Manager will need to possess the ability to interact, gain buy-in and form a matrix project team from across the organization to successfully complete projects.

This position can be based to work out of any Jack Henry office or remote from any US location. Travel up to 10% for planning meetings will be required. Compensation for this position will be between $89-130k depending on candidate experience and geographic location.

What you'll be responsible for:
• Manages the development and implementation of new or upgraded products and/or manages the creation and implementation of corporate processes. • Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgraded products or corporate processes. • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. • Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project is on schedule and within budget constraints. • Provides mentoring and support to other project managers in dealing with project management issues for their assigned projects. • Demonstrates excellent project management skills. • Assists less experienced peers. • May perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:
• 6 years of experience in technical project management. • Associates degree. • Experience working in Agile environments. • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe certification.

What would be nice for you to have:
• Bachelor's Degree. • Ability to manage complex new product development and large initiatives. • Strong communication skills. • Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
